- George - Two boys, aged seven and 10, raped a five-year-old
girl while she and her friends were playing in an open veld in Conville
in the Southern Cape.

- Inspector Elgin Antonie said the girl's friend allegedly
grabbed her and pulled down her panties. She helped holding her down while
the two boys took turns raping her.

- This follows only days after a 10-year-old girl of Mossel
Bay was bound and raped before her attacker suffocated her.

- A Limpopo couple are in shock after they were ambushed, stripped and
the man's fiance raped several times. The naked man was pistol-whipped
every time he tried to look away. The traumatised couple, who were ambushed
while making arrangements for their wedding later this month, were left
huddling stark naked after the attack. The 17-year-old woman sobbed while
she told police the men did not use condoms and she was scared she had
been infected with HIV/Aids.

being drunk in public had one of his testicles bitten off in an attack
at a police station in George in the Western Cape last week. "I can
still see him with my flesh and blood hanging from his mouth," he
said, weeping. Johan Badenhorst, 29, is still in the George Provincial
Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery after the incident.
