THE REAL CRIMINALS ARE INTERLOCKED! By tenavision Posted Sunday June 2, 2002

ENRON...ANTHRAX..POSTAL SERVICE...'BIG BROTHER' LINKAGE or

THE COMING CORPORATE RULE OF AMERICA or

I'M DEAD FOR FOR TELLING YOU THIS
http://disc.server.com/discussion.cgi?id=149495&article=27879

EVER HEAR OF DYNCORP? A LARGE PRIVATELY-HELD COMPANY?

ENRON's Finance Committee Chairman , Herbert "Pug" Winokur, who, from1988-1997 was Chairman and CEO of DynCorp. He remains the head of DynCorp's compensation committee and one of its biggest investors.
http://www.truthout.org/docs_01/02.02G.Harvard.Watch.htm

DynCorp handles SECURE DATA TRANSFER AND INFORMATION for the Department of Justice, the Security and Exchange Commission, The Treasury, the IRS, The Centers for Disease Control, Federal Communication Commission and much of our military.
http://www.dyncorp.com/idiq/tipss.htm

http://www.dyncorp.com/idiq/GSA-CZ.htm http://www.dyncorp.com/idiq/r2csr.htm
http://www.dyncorp.com/idiq/gsaschedule.htm

THIS IS REAL GOOD FOR ENRON - Control Your Own Investigation!

Dyncorp software and experts will implement AND CONTROL the FBI's new information technology upgrade.
http://www.fcw.com/fcw/articles/2001/0507/web-trilogy-05-07-01.asp

Dyncorp runs the Justice Departments Asset Forfeiture Program.
http://www.dyncorp.com/areas/Asset%20forfeiture.htm

And Dyncorp data control controls information for the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Bureau of Prisons.
http://www.dyncorp.com/idiq/itss.htm

Also Controls data at all 93 us attorney's offices, monitors low cost housing for HUD and seizes assets. Low income housing assets. Friends of "pug" control these assets. And sell them. How much money does HUD loose each year? Might this contribute to the homeless situation? And Dyncorp controls the wireless information control company used by the New York Stock Exchange.

A Private employee-owned company, Dyncorp, also does a lot of sensitive work for the government...

Remember this is a PRIVATE company with little or no government oversight.

Since the 1970's and constantly growing, Dyncorp has taken over the Army and Air Forces hi-tech maintenance work on airplanes, fighters, trainers and helicopters. They maintain NASAs hi-tech aircraft, too. Here is one example:

But there are mishaps:

Recently Retired, Dyncorp Chairman Dan Bannister is a lucky fellow. In 1996, he decided shortly before boarding a military flight in the Balkins, not to go. The plane crashed, killing all aboard, including then Commerce Secretary, Ron Brown

A lesser-known "accident"

Dyncorp I&ET does site cleanup for the Enviromental Protection Agency, it also controls their CONFIDENTIAL information,

"Administrative support in managing documents concerning EPA investigations of utility powerplants, such as photocopying and filing. The type of information that may be disclosed includes, but is not limited to: Records related to the production of electricity, powerplant construction records, Public Utility Commission records, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission records, and records of capital expenditures." 3-14-02

Good Information if your friends are trying to take over the power grid. Especially when you are calibrating the instruments...

DynCorp I&ET will provide specialized technical support to the EPA aimed at improving the assessment of efficacy and regulation of antimicrobial pesticide products sold nationwide. They instruct hazardous chemical producers and users how to pass a Federal Inspection. Some unusual clients.

In Columbia, DynCorp is testing the effects of a mutated fungus. It eats most everything green, including gardens. It can live in the ground when dry for 40 years. Its spores can travel where ever the wind takes them. It was developed as a biologolical warfare weapon.

They also do testing with anthrax and smallpox. Check all their handwriting. They no doubt have a contract with the postal service. Wanna bet?

THEY FIX AND SHIP LOTS OF LARGE AND SMALL MAIL HANDLING EQUIPMENT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY

Dyncorp maintains, and flies a fleet of helicopters and planes that spray agent orange X4 in Central America. Dyncorp is being sued by Ecuadorian Indians for this. Columbia had to allow it to get their foreign aid. The CIA forbade use of X4 in Vietnam.
http://www.counterpunch.org/dyncorpsuit.html

Drink coffee? Most of that comes from Columbia. The richest eco-system on earth.

Dyncorp's vast store of statistics and information should tell them what is obvious to anyone that looks:

Drugs cannot even be kept out of maximum security prisons. Agent Orange is thought to cause health problems and genetic defects. During Nixon's reign, paraquat (a carcinogen) was sprayed on marijuana crops. Everyone knew because it was no secret. One way to get rid of a problem is to kill the people who use it, while keeping it a secret... from the masses anyway. Mao did that in China. Bullets don't cause birth defects, however. If those who oppose abortion have their way, who is going to care for these children when the parents die prematurely? Or pay for it??

Dyncorp knows a lot about toxic chemicals

What a Plum assignment! Fancy vote-stealing software, too? Who knows?

Anther Plum - A fat Department of Transportation contract: http://www.dyncorp.com/idiq/itop.htm

DynCorp Technical Services (DTS), Range and Logistics Services, was selected by the U.S. Department of State for the $35 million, five-year Security Equipment Maintenance Program (SEMP). Under the new contract, a recompete of one DTS has supported for more than 15 years, the company will provide expert, quick response security services at more than 195 embassies worldwide.

15 years? Seems like we lost a few in that time. (Why? To get the ball rolling??)

DynCorp Information & Enterprise Technology (I&ET) has been awarded a seven-year task order to provide information technology support services to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Under the agreement, DynCorp I&ET and its key teaming partner, PlanetGov, will manage and operate all SEC infrastructure facilities, hardware, software and systems relating to non-EDGAR systems. (EDGAR is the SEC's Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval system.) Services will include help desk operations, data center support and operations, technology deployment support and technology test lab support. Work will be performed at locations in Alexandria, Va., Washington, D.C., and at the SEC's 11 regional and district offices around the country. (they also do that for all 93 U.S. Attorney's offices)

The ENRON gang is free and clear

Who is PlanetGov?
http://www.planetgov.com/pgov/SilverStream/Pages/pgHome.html
You are kidding.

Under this six year government-wide contract -- which has an estimated ceiling value of $300 million -- DynCorp, and its New York-based teaming partner Verizon Enterprise Solutions, will provide to the Justice Management Division of the DOJ, comprehensive IT services - from hardware maintenance, software technical support and help desk to asset/configuration management, UNIX operating system administration and support.

The ENRON gang is freer and clearer

Dyncorp analyzed the entire state of Kansas' oil business for Occidental Petroleum. The study was paid for by the people of Kansas. Ways were found to improve production. Good for the oil company.

http://www.pumps.org/public/pump_resources/energy/case_studies/oil_production.htm

DynCorp I&ET will provide end-to-end personnel security investigation services to the Defense Security Service (DSS) of the Department of Defense (DoD). This 20-month indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a potential value of $50.3 million http://www.dyncorp.com/news/newcon.htm

'five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity...'

'End-to-end' sounds ominous.

"When the Department of State (or other public sector entites) needs personnel to reconstitute, establish and maintain Rule of Law in emerging democracies. They come to Dyncorp." http://policemission.dyncorp.com/condition.asp

What if the citizens want a parlamentary system? Or, a theocracy? Or, some form of government not based on the capitalist system? They are then 'rebels' or 'terrorists' right?

Dyncorp has 2 contracts with the FCC . Tracking for the FCC?? For what?? Cell phones? And DynCorp is working on face recognition technology used Memorial Day New York City.
http://www.biometritech.com/enews/052302e.htm

They run a "for hire" international police department. Their agents enjoy diplomatic immunity. Current missons: Bosnia, Kosovo and East Timor. Their website links to worldwide opportunities.

War: Good for Bushs , Dyncorp, Texas. Desert storm was worth $75 Billion to Texas companies. Compared to $12.8 Billion without a war.
http://dallas.bizjournals.com/dallas/stories/2001/09/24/story1.html

This is a private company? With no accountability? and apparently few scruples.
