- Beirut (IRNA) - The vast spread of the loathsome and
fanatic faith of devil worshipping among the Lebanese youth is becoming
a nightmare for the Lebanese parents in recent years.
-
- The Lebanese press have been publishing news and features
on the issue during the past couple of years, referring to the widespread
popularity of devil worshipping, particularly among disparate individuals,
asking for the timely intervention of the country's concerned authorities
to reverse the sick tendency.
-
- The Lebanese intellectuals, too, have intervened, asking
for providing sufficient mind food for the youth and appropriate cultural
enlightenment, in order to counter this extremely hazardous trend. According
to a report in the Friday issue of an An-Nahar Lebanese Arabic daily,
based on the Lebanese police reports, ever since the beginning of the current
Christian year, twelve young devil worshipers Lebanese boys and girls
have managed ot kill themselves either by shooting themselves, or by cutting
their veins.
-
- The last victim of devil worshipping in Beirut, a 36
year old, unmarried man, Valid N. B. who committed suicide on Thursday,
left a note for his parents asking them to cremate his corps and throw
its ashes to the sea. Valid had also asked his parents not to publish
any notes on is death in the papers and refrain from arranging for any
sort of religious memorial services.
-
- The Lebanese journalists who have done research on the
phenomenon say these people have team houses in various cities, towns
and villages across Lebanon, in which they throw wild parties where sex
and drinking alcohol abounds. It is in such parties that the simple-minded
new victims are attracted towards the loathsome faith, one of whose
awkward beliefs is that the earth is the hellish realm of God, whereas
the skies are the celestial abide of Satan and his followers, eternally.
