- Lest anyone forget, my top Seismic Window of February
24 to March 3 predicted a major global quake of 7+ Ricter magnitude during
this Window.

- There were no major events in February (the last being
on January 2nd), but the Kabul Quake was a 100% hit.

- From January 2000 through February 2002, there have been
37 major quakes. 82% of them have occured in my Seismic Windows...versus
a chance occurrence of only 33%.
