16k or 20k. Occasional programs may not be available. Over the months ahead,
we expect to remaster all of these programs to 56k (for broadband users)
and better quality 20k files (for dialup users). The Archives from May
25th, 2004 to September 17, 2004 are encoded at 40k and 20k. New programs
are in either 32k/20k, 48k/20k or 56k/20k.
